lynn413Reviewed 1 month agonot a fan of the improved waterproof eyeliner at all. It does not go on a smooth and the brown is much darker, I found the non waterproof to stay on fine. Wife can’t walk out door without applying this product!!

Goes on smooth!

not designed with practical use in mind
was really excited to get a new waterproof eyeliner with a smudger, sharpener. The first use I put the eyeliner cap on the other end so I don't lose it and when I tried to put it back on the eyeliner cap got stuck on the smudger cap and now the eyeliner doesn't have a lid because the smudger cap is stick inside it. Very sad this is the eyeliner I picked out of all the other ones to spend money on this eyeliner and it failed me on the first use. I can't use it anymore since I can't even close it so the product will be exposed to the air and other bacteria. Just a great eyeliner
