I had a really good experience with this lipstick. The formula definitely stayed on but wasn't too drying and didn't shrivel my lips up. I've had a lot of negative experiences with most drug store liquid long wearing lipstick... they tend to look crumbly, excessively dry and grotesque and I'm happy to say this one does not. The texture of it is noticeably tacky/sticky when you first apply it but it goes on smoothly and feels smooth as soon as it "sets". The color is a very bold orange-red, it has a warm tone so if warm red generally work for you this should be very flattering. I'd skip it if your lips are extremely tiny or thin, I don't think this color or texture works for small lips. Great color and long-lasting
