I've been using Rogaine. For about 4 years. I wish I started it about 10 years earlier. The places my hair became thin back then have not really improved. However, newly thin places showed growth about 6 months after I began using it. It definitely stopped areas that were thinning. The hairs are thin and not really growing more than 1 inch. It worked but damaged my scalp
It seemed fine at first. It took a couple weeks to see new growth but I did see that. Then in weeks 3-4, I started having not just itchy scalp but scabs and sores on my scalp.
