Literally dries instantly-so you can't use it
Got a whole ONE use out of this. A week later and it's completely goopy solid in the bottle, despite being closed tightly.

For the price, it's satisfactory
It was thicker than I expected when I first opened it; almost felt like polish that's been sitting opened for a while, but it was sealed, and it went on ok. I gave 4 stars because it does dry very quickly, and it's the only polish under $10 that I found at CVS.

Other than CVS not keeping it in stock, the product is great and I go and look for it.

Must have producf
I've been using this Sally Hansen dries instantly top coat for so many years. You wait for your polish to dry about 10 minutes and then apply this top coat and your nails will be set and perfect
