    Would not recommend the product if dealing with severe back or shoulder pain.

    Pain No More

    In addition to the Salanpas Lidocaine 4% I always keep these on hand. They are VERY thin and & I advise putting one half one before your body before pulling the last tab in order not to get them tangled and twisted as they are very difficult to unbind & often useless if tangled up. If put on correctly they provide hours of relief.

    Effectively Heals muscle pain

    Works great to temporarily heals muscle pain, provides soothing relief. Patch is easy to remove after use and the intuitive patch application design makes it easy to stick to sore, aching area.

    Product is good

    I use this product for sore joints and muscles.Works better than any thing I've used. I like the menthol in the patch. Lasts long time on your skin. The patches are curved on the ends, however, it's tricky keeping the patch from folding over when applying to your skin
