I recommend this size patch only if there is someone there who could assist in putting it on. I need it for a left shoulder pain at a tricky location and could not place the patch precisely where it was needed. The adhesion of these items is superior and doesn't allow for adjustments to put on/off/on as the superior adhesive doesn't allow for mistaken placement of the item. It worked well inspite of the lousy placement on my part.2 users found this review helpful.

Helpful for back pain

Not All Of The Time
Have used this in the past. It is usually a dependable product that helps alleviate the pain. Not so much this time around.
