This means that the water will slowly leach minerals from my teeth, including enamel, which is a bit on the yikes side. Really like this tooth paste. It's not thick. A pea size amount goes a long way. It cleans and leaves my teeth fresh. The mint fresh taste isn't over powering either. And it helps with my sensitivity. I love the way it leaves my breath feeling refreshed.
