After two to four weeks of nightly use, you can transition to a lighter schedule as the effects become more lasting. Make sure the skin is clean and dry before applying. Use SilcSkin Cleanser or a gentle soap-free from moisturizers, emollients, or oils. Night sweats or perspiration may interfere with the adhesion of the pads. If this happens, wipe the area with witch hazel and allow it to dry completely. No glue is used. The silicone undergoes a platinum-cured process that makes the pads last longer and helps with adhesion. Its natural adhesive wears away, so replace the pads after about 30 days of regular use. Each pad measures 7.5" x 3.5" and should fit most necks. However, if too big, it can be easily trimmed to fit your individual neck and/or clavicle. No adhesive or glue is used to help it stick to your skin. The silicone undergoes a platinum-cured process that makes the pads last longer and helps with adhesion. Cleanse and DryMake sure skin is clean and dry before applying. Use SilcSkin Cleanser or a gentle soap free from moisturizers, emollients, or oils. Dry thoroughly. Sweating at night may interfere with adhesion. Separate Pad from Packaging. Remove pad from packaging. Remove the storage tray. Cut open the poly bag containing the pad. Remove the pad from the backing. Apply to a clean chestIt will naturally stick to the skin since it is self-adhesive. For best results, wear it while sleeping. Remove SlowlyIn the morning, remove the pad slowly in an upwards motion. To store for reuse: Place on the storage tray and put the tray inside the packaging.
