    Your product doesn't work and I can't get my money

    Waste of money- can’t find charging port

    I tried to plug it in to charge it and there is no visible charging port. I can’t rotate the mechanism to find it. It’s not exactly a product you want to return. I guess I got screwed, but not the way I wanted.
