I would think that the direction for use would be easy to get to, but I am wrong! You have to peel back the label to get to the direction anf they tell you that but the tab to pull it back is nonexistent. Awful taste and didn't help me at all
I bought these before I took a trip becasue I could not find a TSA approved travel size cold medicine. They have an awful taste and texture as well! I managed to get the first two down but did not get any relief. The second two I could not finish chewing. Great idea, not happy with the end product. Great take on a great brand

With school sickness in full swing my husband and I have been getting all sorts of colds and viruses. We already use the theraflu tea so this was a nice addition. Tastes great, not so sure if it works great…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste of these is great! I really love cinnamon flavor, and these didn't seem artificial at all. The packaging is nice, and the safety cap really gives me peace of mind when kiddos come over. As far as if it works, I'm not so sure. My husband and I weren't feeling well for about a week, and took this in the middle of it.
