Throat coat
One of the very best. Instant Relief
I personally do not like the taste of this tea very much but I always have it in my tea drawer because it gives me instant relief from my sore throat. Good, however...
All of the ingredients are great and work together synergistically, but it's disappointing that they decided to use so much licorice root! My blood pressure is borderline, and 760 mg is over 7 times the amount that is safe to use. Licorice root is known to spike BP, so sadly, I have to pass on this otherwise healthy nourishing tea.
