These are my every day thing in my soccer bag. Excellent
Tylenol is the most effective over the counter medicine in my opinion. It's always effective, a great value, and a staple in my medicine cabinet! Great to put in purse for menstrual cycle

Back pain gone!
This is the only Tylenol I use for Muscle and Back pain. I experience back pain from standing for long periods of time. I take two and it takes the pain away for me about 6-7hrs. These are not very small size pills but they are standard size if you're use to Tylenol.
