This took at least an hour before I started to doze off. I kept going in and out of sleep. It finally put me to sleep but I didn’t stay asleep & still felt sleepy when I woke up. The only sleeping aid that has ever worked for me.
I’ve had a really positive experience with Unisom SleepTabs. I’ve tried different sleep aids in the past but they left me half awake and groggy the next morning. Unisom allows me to sleep peacefully and effectively. The tablet is small and easy to swallow without any aftertaste.
