Good Product but Complicated Schedule
This is a good product in that I have not had a UTI since I started it. I deducted two stars because I really dislike the schedule of 15 days on and 15 days off. I worry about the 15 days I'm not taking it. Am I going to get a UTI because I'm not taking it? (I know you say it's ok to be off for 15 days but I take another probiotic as a backup). It's difficult to remember this schedule even though I have a reminder on my calendar and phone. Has Saved Me
I have been having UTI's for years, and I started with Uqora , and seriously been consistent andI haven't had one since and they were BAD , like I had to go to an Urgent Care get on antibiotics every time and once to ER . Product good, fewer days.... not sure
I have been a religious user of the Promote supplement. I was a little concerned when the formula was changed from a 30 day to a 15 day regimen. Last week was the first time since I began using Uqora that I was diagnosed with a UTI 😔 Can't really blame the 15 day dose change....but it's really the only thing different. I am 74 years old and was experiencing UTI quite frequently. I have been taking Uqora since April 2025 and so far have had no UTIs. I take the full regimen and am satisfied.
