Best Eyeliner EVER
This is by far the best eyeliner on the market, better than any prestige eyeliner I have used!! It never smudges and has great lasting power for your entire day. The liquid and brush don't get clumpy or dry either. Literally my holy grail makeup item. My Favorite Brand & Color!!!
I never leave my house, without this eyeliner!! I've been wearing eyeliner since I was 15 yrs. old!! This brand is the BEST one. I've used all types of brands & colors.I always come back to this one!! Blue Liquid Eyeliner
