lourdesm94Reviewed 4 years agoI think this is a great eye brow pencil! Im pretty new at using brow products but this one is so easy to use not super waxy and doesnt pull my natural brow hairs out. Ive used some that did. The color is great. Its extremely inexpensive. - belizaReviewed 4 years agoI needed another eyebrow pencil and was looking for a cheaper one to replace the wet n' wild brow liner pencils #651 that I had just tried but I wanted it to apply similarly to e.l.f. Cosmetics Instant Lift Brow Pencil but thin like Maybelline Brow Precise Micro Pencil . I know that is a lot of product name dropping but if you've tried any of them then you'll understand the references. The pigmented colour applies easily and in thin strokes like the micro tip suggests and the spoolie is shorter than the elf (harder to bend and use) but that would be my only complaint.
