Works great
Xyzal 24 hours allergy tablets work great for me. They help me keep my allergies under control. This one seems to help me personally very well. I also like that the tablets are very small and easy to swallow.

Excellent metabolized form of Zyrtec / Cetirizine
My doctor has me on both Zyrtec (morning) & Xyzal (night) - essentially every 12-hours - to help me through the tough allergy months. As both are half original prescription strength, and Xyzal is the pre-metabolized formulation of Zyrterc, they work together well, do not introduce drowsiness, and the Xyzal gives a good kick to keep my sinuses clear through the evening. Excellent product, commonly at a special price and covered by FSA/HSA. *This review reflects my personal, prescribed regiment and may not be applicable to all users - please consult your doctor before trying any new medication.
