Tastes great!

Occasional helper but unnecessary sugas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how these gummies didn't totally knock my daughter out but it just helped her to relax and wind down more....she has slept through the night almost every night she has taken them too! We try to only use them when it's a wild kindanof night and I can't get her to settle down. She was initially worried about taking them and thought they'd be like a sleeping pill like her dad takes (a prescription one). But I explained they don't effect you like that and are made with natural things and are more of a "relaxing helper" only to use on night's when she's wound up. There was a sugary coating on them though which I think that the gummies could definitley do without because it seems counterproductive! She didn't mind the apple flavor but said she'd prefer a grape or strawberry flavor as the apple was a little bitter to her. They seem to work really well at getting my kids to relax at bedtime.
