The last dozen or so boxes have consistently had issues with the 1. plys of the tissues seperating; 2. about halfway thru the box the "next" tissue stops coming out of the box resulting in having to reach in and pull the whole remaining wad of tissues out. At that point it's impossible to re-insert the remaining tissues back into the box and have them come out correctly.Reply from puffs.com1 week agoProviding comfort to you when you're in need is our goal indeed, and the last thing we'd want is for you to have this experience. Puffs ultra soft kleenex

give us regular Puffs please!
After 35 years, I'm going to have to switch to another brand. I cannot find Puffs, Puffs Basic, or Puffs Simple Softness anywhere anymore. Where's the QUALITY CONTROL?
