Will I be able to purchase all CVS Photo products?
During this exciting transition, a few products may be temporarily unavailable - but don't worry, our full assortment will be back in no time. Thanks for your patience as we make things even better for you!
Will all photos be transferred to the new site?
Yes! We’ll move all your photos to the new site automatically — there’s nothing you need to do.
What will happen to the credits in my photo account?
Be sure to use any existing credits by June 24, 2026, as they won't carry over to the new photo experience. It's the perfect time to print those favorite memories!
What about my saved documents (non-photo files)?
Documents (non-photo files) will not be transferred to the new site. Customers may re-print them before June 24, 2026
Will my in-progress photo projects move to the new site?
In-progress projects and order history won't carry over to the new site, so please finish up any open projects before June 24, 2026. We're happy to help if you need a hand!
Why am I seeing a delay with my photos?
Over the next month, we'll be rolling out the new experience in the CVS Health app for iPhone and Android - and we can't wait for you to try it. You may notice a short delay in seeing previously uploaded images while we move your account over. Thanks for your patience!
Will the new photo experience offer the same products?
A few products may be temporarily unavailable during the transition, but our full lineup will be back as soon as we're fully moved over to the new site. Even better things are on the way!
