But the flavors are a bit too sweet for me. Also, they contents slightly melted in transit and all became one goop which made it less convenient. They are easy to chew and don't have a bad aftertaste. The cap is the child-resistant kind where you push down and turn to open. The pinkish red one tastes like its supposed to be apples. its very tart and sugary coated.
