These used to have a pain reliever (aspirin)
I posted this in the reviews for original alka seltzer....I feel I must point out that they have decoupled the pain reliever from the heartburn medicine, both for the original version and the lemon lime one. Alka Seltzer has had both types of medicine in it for as long as I've been alive (and longer). Very disappointed. I like the lemon lime very much, but have to give up on the pain relief part , UNLESS I want to take this PLUS the original alka seltzer at the same time. Bring back the old formula!

Works Like Magic!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Alka-Seltzer Lemon Lime Tablets complimentary from Alka-Seltzer and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. These tablets are fast acting! Great for stomach aches and ingestion. I like that they dissolve easily in water, making them more enjoyable to consume, especially if you don't like taking pills. Works great, taste is a little strange

However, the lemon lime flavor was initially fine, but had the worst aftertaste like I had swallowed a bunch of sea water.
