Great for upset stomach
My husband uses alka seltzer when he has an upset stomach and it helps him quite a bit. The only thing I would say is that we only purchased it here because we had a discount coupon. Otherwise it's much less expensive elsewhere.0 users found this review helpful.

Please bring back the original formula! We want the one that has the antacid and the aspirin TOGETHER. And not the lemon-lime flavor... it's awful. It was not a good idea to separate the 2 products, because now I will have to take TWO products to accomplish what ONE product used to do. Why would you change the product that made your name great??
