Works on even the worst colds
This stuff is a MUST HAVE in your medicine cabinet. I rarely get sick so when I do it's usually a really bad cold or flu. I had the worst cold ever and nothing was working, it even built up in my chest with immense pain. Took the pm capsules from this before bed and I felt like a new person the next morning!! Really seemed to help

Alka-Seltzer products have been part of our household for as long as I can remember. And now they have made these Alka-Seltzer Plus Maximum Strength liquid gels for cough, mucus and congestion. You get 24 liquid gels~16 for the day and 8 for the night. good cold gels
This liquid cold gels are Great. They help so much and do what they are supposed to do. It's also great that they come in a day time and night time formulation that is in the same package. Great for cough and cold
This is a great idea, packaging both day and night products together, because the needs are really different. I believe that there is no "cure" for the common cold, but there are ways to make your life more comfortable. Helps Sickness
These Alka-Seltzer liquid gels help day or night with heavy mucus and congestion. Good Product
Received this a few days ago and have taken a couple of the night capsules and a few daytime. I do like that it does not contain any aspirin. The daytime did not make me drowsy and the nighttime did help me rest easier. I did like that they were easy to swallow and worked quickly.
