Always Discreet 7-drop pads are our most absorbent pads from Always Discreet. These pads have a unique absorbent core with two RapidDry layers that form a boosted protection in the center of the pad that holds up to five times the average bladder leak, giving you extra protection where you need it most. Even for unexpected leaks, the side LeakGuards help pull wetness away from the sides and prevent run-offs at the edges where unexpected leaks occur. We're sorry you didn't like the new scent in the Always Discreet Pads, and we go to great lengths to include safe amounts only to help neutralize the smell of odors. The scent is usually most intense when you first open the package, but then starts to dissipate.
