I started using this shampoo (and the conditioner and leave-in spray) about 9 weeks ago. Almost immediately my hair became brittle and straw-like, and started falling out in handfuls. I didn't make the connection and assumed it was age/stress-related. I stopped using all the Aussie products a week ago and switched to alternatives, and the hair breakage and fall stopped instantly. Better to calm frizz than $28 shampoos.

Defective packaging
Wife has used this product in the past. Both she and I tried to release the plunger top on the pump without success. We had to pour its contents into the old bottle in order to use the product.
