I found this brand when the store was out of every other one and glad I did. I do not like the other ones, rice based mostly because they just turn into mush. This brand of all the ones I have tried holds it shape as the gluten versions. Only issue with others I wanted to purchase is that I would never need 12 boxes of anything and that is the only way they can be purchased. No idea why they don't offer spaghetti, angel hair in boxes of 6 as the others. Tasty, less guilty pasta now with less plastic!
The chickpea rotini is so tasty and I love that I can feel better about eating it with its higher fiber content than standard pasta. Great taste!
My doctor told me to go gluten free, so I'm slowly but surely trying new things. I picked this up from the store earlier today and ended up making it as soon as I got home. It doesn't look great when cooking it because of the foam, but once you rinse it off, it looks just fine. The taste is way better than what I was expecting! Good, but..
