Is comparable with the more expensive brand

Left a film that peeled of my face
I think it was a return. Only ½ a jar. Consistency was like paste. Peeled off my skin, wouldn't absorb. Not comparable
It is advertised as being comparable to Neutrogena rapid wrinkle repair. It is not.
