    EFFICIENT FOR BRUISES

    It is very efficient for bruises, especially on the face. I tried to use Boiron Arnica gel but it dried out my face. The cream is much better and after one week of using it, my bruises could not be seen. I was applying it 2 or 3 times per day. In the morning and at night I was apply it on my bare skin and during the day on top of my foundation.
