    Not Powerful Relief

    This priduct dud not help my pain. However, it could be that if you use it every day for a while, it might work. However, I was in so much discomfort that I didn't have time to wait to find out. I guess it might work for very minor discomfort.

    Happy with results

    I fell down 1 step. I am using this for my bruises. My mom in North Carolina fell & broke 3 ribs. I am sending this to her.

    A Surprise

    A friend recommended Arnicare to help me heal a sore muscle or possibly a stretched ligament. I applied it and nothing initially happened. There was no heat being generated, no smell, no nothing. BUT, after the second application, I realized my muscle was improving. I'll use it for future situations as well.
