I put it into the fridge so it was nice and cold. This had a pleasant flavor and texture, sometimes they can be chalky and this wasn't. This is a great on-the-go snack to tide you over to your next meal. Boost is a nice meal replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected the chocolate flavor and this one is a pretty good one. I actually like the flavor of the drink and it did do a good job of filling me up while giving me some energy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the initial smell of the beverage, it was very protein shake like and it threw me off a little.
