I also love that it comes in a convenient carton, so it's easy to throw in a bag and take with you. Each serving is loaded with calories, protein, and vitamins, which makes it perfect for people who need help gaining or maintaining weight. For me personally, I'm not looking to gain weight, so it's not the right fit for my goals. First time trying Boost Plus Chocolate!

Protein goodness

I like that this can be taken on the go and is easy to open . I chilled my product before drinking and was decent.
