I'm really enjoying this Caliber Gratitude Journal I received. It's the perfect size, very sturdy and even has a pen holder. Does not come with a pen though, just to clarify. At the top of each page there is a spot to write the date and then the first letter of each day of the week, that you circle. A feature I thought was very creative was a little blue piece of ribbon at the bottom of the book that you tuck into whatever page you are on, so you can easily find the your place the next day. For me, I found this journal to be really helpful with relaxing my mind after work. It's such a great way to reflect back on your day with a positive outlook. Grateful thoughts
Idk what the original price of this was so idk if it's worth the value. But to me it came at a time when I needed some grounding and mindful practices in my life. I liked the quality overall and I enjoyed the prompts. I prefer a spiral book, A good size as well. Not a burden to carry around. Durability & facility
One of the things i love most about this gratitude journal is that it has the perfect size for take it easy with you everywhere and the pages with those specific questions or affirmations make everything better and organized. This gratitude journal from caliber is so great because of its beautiful design, decent paper, and thought provoking prompts. Although the prompts are the same on each page, I found that it was really helpful to reflect back on my day. My favorite question was the last one - how can I make tomorrow better? - because it helped to set me up for tomorrow. The journal itself has a hardback cover an elastic loop on the spine, which can fit a slim pen. The paper quality is pretty good, but I find that even with a 0.5 mm pen, it does show through on the other side. Despite that, I really enjoy using this journal and would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a gentle yet guiding gratitude to journal. A cute and fulfilling way to reflect!
Such a fulfilling way to reflect at the end of the day. I love how this journal focuses on the positives of your day, when sometimes we get so caught in the negatives. Thick pages and very portable
