Not good
This product burns so bad that you cant even sleep. Burns so intensly that skin turns red and is sore. Might be just me but take heed to what im saying will save you money and save you from pain!!!!

It works
It has a burning sensation but it did quiet down the tingling feeling in my thighs after a fall. It was recommended by my orthopedic.
