I like keeping various herbal teas on hand, but I have limited kitchen space. Instead of having multiple boxes of various herbal teas on hand, I have a box or two Celestial Seasonings Herbal Tea Sampler. The Sampler box has 18 bags in 5 flavors: Chamomile (helps with sleep, but is also a diuretic), Lemon Zinger, Peppermint, Honey Vanilla Chamomile, and Sleepytime. I also like that it helps when I need my mind to stop racing and let's me sleep. - suef3Reviewed 7 months agoI really like their peppermint tea. It's great for a quesy stomach and soothing. Herbal decaf tea is a great way to unwind in the evening.
