The Honey Nut Cheerios package says it contains Bioengineered Food Ingredients. What is that ingredient?Reply from cheerios.com1 year agoFoods often contain genetically modified/bioengineered (BE) ingredients in the U.S. Many of our products do as well. Bioengineered seeds have been approved by global food safety agencies and widely used by farmers for almost 20 years. If a food or beverage product lists corn, soy, canola, cottonseed or beet sugar as an ingredient and the product is not organic, it likely contains BE ingredients. In the U.S., the U.S. Department of Agriculture has created rules for how food packages should be labeled so that you know if they contain BE foods or ingredients. At General Mills, we use the allowed text under the rule. Try mixing cereals
My review is a 5, but with a twist... I'm sure others may do this... For years I have been mixing similar size boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios and original Cheerios together and store them in large air tight containers. It's great to use as cereal or a snack. The sugar is practically cut in half but tastes just as good. Cheerio summary
I like Cheerios because of the nutritional value. Add in toppings now it's summer and kids will be more happy to help. Whatever you can find, strawberrys, blueberries,. Tasted So Good I Almost Broke A Tooth
My partner & I was eating some honey nut Cheerios and all of a sudden my partner said he hurt his front teeth eating the Cheerios we was enjoying together. He showed me what he had bit down on and it was a very hard morsel that could not be chewed look exactly like a broken piece of a Cheerio . Wasn't burn or anything looked like an ordinary regular Cheerio . What's sad is Cheerios are one of our favorite cereal but now we have no choice but to toss it in the trash because I'm not breaking on my teeth nor is my significant other just because we like honey nut Cheerios. Cereal great; but who the heck is Debbie...?
The commercial for Honeynut Cheerios where the lady eating a a bowl of the cereal says, "I wish Debbie hadn't joined the mall-walking club. ." Just WHO is Debbie...?
