Not sure yet, haven't been taking that long. At least they don't constipate me like most other calcium tablets. 👍1 users found this review helpful. - Sí, recomiendoLoisReviewed 1 year ago0 users found this review helpful.

Ms.
The pills are a little too big, but they are easy to swallow.0 users found this review helpful. - Sí, recomiendoIsabelReviewed 2 years ago0 users found this review helpful.

Once a day vitamin for bone health
I was diagnosed with early onset osteoporosis and was recommended by my doctor to take 1000 iu vitamin D and 1200 mg calcium, which is exactly what these vitamins contain along with 80 mg magnesium & 5mg sodium. I've has gastric bypass surgery years ago so the extended release formula is perfect for me and my absorption issues. I love that it's 2 coated caplets daily. I have no stomach issues from taking these and time will tell if it stops my dropping none density. Fingers crossed. They are definitely reasonably priced and it's perfect getting all my recommended vitamins in one product. I would definitely recommend. My only regret is not finding snd starting this product sooner.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com
