We regret to hear that it did not give you the results you were expected after mixing our product. The Root Touch Up shade 4A Dark Ash Brown uses a color tint technology so it is normal to have the orange/yellow hue when mixing. The color of the mixture is not indictive of the final color result. We encourage you take time to perform the Strand Test prior to use as this will help you determine & get a preview of the color results prior to the real application. We hope this helps! What even is this.
Such a horrible product. I haven’t even used it. But I mixed the tubes a the solution is a creamy yellow hue. I’m Not putting that in my hair!!!Reply from Clairol2 weeks agoHi there! Disappointed
This didn’t even work. I left it on for 15-20mins for stubborn greys and it did nothing at all!! Definitely disappointed!!Reply from Clairol2 months agoHi there!
