I have used dark brown Root Touch Up for many, many years. I have in recent years, colored my roots with the product every 5 weeks. The last 2 boxes were using the colorblend. After using the first box, I noticed visible grays while my stylist was cutting my hair, that has never happened before, I assumed I must have missed them. I used the second, and I can see the product is not fully covering the grays. The lack of gray coverage is more apparent after using 2 boxes over 10 weeks. The grays are longer than just the normal grow out and visible. I am very disappointed and embarrassed that my grays are showing after just coloring. I have always purchased several boxes at a time to have them on hand. I returned the three boxes that I had. The amount of product also seemed to be less. I love this dye! It's the only one I use. It's easy to apply and works well. It covers gray perfectly! It lasts for weeks.
