    Color is not right.

    I have brown hair and bought dark brown #4 to cover my grays until I can get to the salon. Turned dark bluish purple in the mixing bowl and also on my hair. I have never had this happen before.

    HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY

    DO NOT BUY! i have been using this for years and something has changed. I have bought the Dark Brown 4. It was purple and luckily it did not cover my gray hair. I do have a navy hue to my hair. THIS CANNOT BE THE SAME PRODUCT.

The Root Touch Up formulation has not been changed , but we did just update the packaging. Nonetheless, this is not the experience we want you to have, nor what we would expect.     I would use this product again

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the root touch up was over all very easy and I was very satisfied with the coverage. It was a very simple application process and didn't take long. You don't have to be a professional hairdresser to have a professional looking dye job like this appears.

    It was nice

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the really nice things about this hair root touch up is that it doesn't have any harsh smells, like it smells really good. It also doesn't burn and it only takes about 15 minutes.
