I've used this face cleanser for more years than I can count. I keep a tube in my shower, another by my sink, and another in my travel bag because if I have to wash my face with something else, I feel like I've not washed. I love the tingly clean moisturizing effect it has on my face, as well as the clean smell. I tried another, similar product recently because my store only had one of these available, but it doesn't feel like this one does.0 users found this review helpful.

Like others here I'd been using the old formula for years. Made my face feel tingly and fresh, I didn't break out, it's been great. New formula has been causing breakouts and doesn't have that clean fresh feeling. I hate this and have been desperately searching for a new go-to face wash. Bring back old formula
I have used the deep cream cleanser for 20+ years and absolutely loved it. The new formula does not leave my face clean and have noticed more breakouts since then. Bring back the old formula. Do no recommend this for someone with sensitive sk

So refreshing

A good skin cleaner

Wonderful deep cleanser
