PCOS—My Cycle has returned!
I'm 31 and was diagnosed with PCOS 12 years ago. It's been over 2 years without a period. After doing some research I decided I could benefit from inositol. Just TWO DAYS of taking it and my period has started back up. I'm thrilled. I would like to add that I also take the fermented multivitamins & the methylfolate b complex+ from Codeage along with this and only 2 capsules of inositol per day. Shocker
Wow wow so, this really has helped me. I know I probably have PCOS ( due to some facial hair). My menstrual cycle was extremely heavy, a lot of cramps after I stopped taking my birth control. And when I mean 180 change I mean it! The cycle has been cut in half, not heavy like it was, and my facial hair growth has slowed down! Good for perimenopause
Finding supplements for perimenopause has not been easy for me. I found that DIM works for me and also Inositol. This Inositol/antioxidant blend helps me feel calm and sleep better.
