The capsules were extremely sticky once I swallowed them they stuck all the way down and I needed to eat something after to help them go down. They were on the larger side too. Good ingredients
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really looking forward to trying these because lions mane has a lot of health benefits. Most of them are internal so it's hard to see if these are working or not. The one thing I was hoping for was an increase in focus, but I didn't really notice that I was any more focused than normal. They do also help with boosting your immune system, they are anti inflammatory, helps with anxiety and many more benefits besides. I am interested to keep taking these for a more extended time to see if I would see a noticeable difference in how I feel. Didn’t notice a difference but maybe needed longer

Perhaps I need to take them for a few more months to do so or be in a less stressful period of my life. Noticeable Boost in Focus and Clarity

Haven’t Noticed Any Difference

I wouldn't say taking these have made me more happy than before, but it also hasn't caused any negative effects either. Large capsules can be challenging
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After taking the suggested serving for 30 days, I noticed no increased memory or focus. Given that I do have some nerve issues, here too I noticed no difference. Perhaps these benefits take longer then 30 days for any results to occur. The packaging is nice and appreciate 40 servings allowing time to repurchase before running out. Capsules are tasteless, however they are large! Since the product is so lightweight the capsules are very buoyant, making it difficult (at least for myself) to swallow. Most days I opened the capsules and added to a protein shake, which is an unenjoyable task. Not bad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These supplements are very easy to swallow and don't have a bad taste! I don't taste much of anything which is a plus. I haven't noticed a huge difference since I've started taking them but I feel like they are starting to work and I need to be more consistent to notice full results.
