Not great for long hair. Probably better for shorter hair. Doesn't get hot enough either. Perfect for home and travel
This product is just what I needed. It is portable for travel, yet appropriate for use at home also. The rollers get very hot, and the clips secure the rollers tightly. Well designed and gets hot quickly!
These curlers will save you time by getting hot quickly. They're well designed because the heat goes to my hair -- not to my fingers! Hate playing hot potatoes with my hair curlers! My go-to hair curlers!
Got these about two years ago and, out of all my hair curling tools (rollers, curling irons, styling brushes, foam curlers), these hot rollers by Conair work the best! The dual voltage makes them great for travel, too. What I do is plug them in when I wake up so I can shower, etc. as they heat up. After 15-20 minutes, I put some mousse in my hair, put them in the hot rollers (the varying sizes are perfect for my thick, waist-long hair), and leave them in for another half hour or until the rollers cool. That way I have time to do other things as my curls set. When I take them out, perfect curls every time! Not stiff and looks very feminine and glamorous. Kind of like VS model hair! I don't put hair spray afterwards and they typically last 12 hours or longer. Of course, they turn into soft waves as the hours go by, but still very pretty. The only drawback is that it's quite bulky, so I'm currently searching for a small iron that can produce pro-looking curls like these.35 users found this review helpful.
