Arnica

Arnica Side Effects
It is not clinically recommended to consume arnica orally. Arnica is considered poisonous and can even cause death in some cases. When taken by mouth, it may cause irritation of the mouth and throat, vomiting and stomach pain, skin rashes, a fast heartbeat, and trouble breathing in some people. It can also cause an increase in blood pressure and may possibly contribute to heart damage. If you are pregnant or nursing, do not take arnica. Those who are allergic to ragweed and other related plants may have increased symptoms if they take or apply arnica. Never apply it directly to broken or damaged skin.
