Not user friendly for holding in the right hand. It screws on and position where it is held with the left hand. Very awkward and may cause problem when trying to hold with left hand. Leaking too early
I bought this cup in July and was very happy that was no leak and I safely carry my coffee. Today, September 9, 2024 all of a sudden started to leak heavily making my belongings soaking wet. Was quality, until the seal(gasket)came out.
Great mug! Unfortunately the gasket has come out, I used it for a couple years. Should say hand-wash on the label!
Jury is still out on how well the mug works. Initially very disappointed. I thought it was dishwasher-safe. NOWHERE on the mug itself does it show washing instructions other than on the bottom where there is the universal icon for dishwasher-safe. Only when the wrapper is removed do we get a hint about where to go for cleaning instructions and learn that the LID is top rack only and the mug itself is hand-wash only. Faulty handle
I love this mug because the handle. I wear a fanny pouch and I need to open handle on the bottom so I can hang it on my belts. However, the handle is extremely loose like it's ready to fall off. I have some of the reviews there seems to be a default on the handle. It's Sunday so I cannot call customer service but I will contact them on Monday. Excellent product but handle welds are weak
I have several Contigo water bottles, and love them all for their excellent design, no leaks, and durability. This one was my favorite for a long time, but the handle got wobbly, as first one and eventually all 4 welds let go. OK, just no handle any more, but still Contigo, right? No. It works as a leak-proof mediocre water bottle, but there is no vacuum any more, as the failed weld spots left small holes when the handle broke away, so with no vacuum, it doesn't keep contents cold any more.Reply from gocontigo.comHace 3 mesesHello.
