Much higher protein amount compared to the regular
I've needed to increase my protein intake, and this makes it very easy, along with all of the other vitamins and minerals included. It's got 42g of protein, so it helps meet my goal even quicker. It tastes good, has a good mix of vitamins/minerals, and isn't overly chalky like many protein shakes.
