Started using this because my partner is lactose intolerant. I was worried, at first, that there'd be an obvious taste or texture difference, that it would be an obvious downgrade from regular milk. Great Lactose Free Substitute
This product never fails to be a great substitute for “with lactose” milk. Sometimes when my stomach is sensitive, I pivot to using this, and is smells and tastes like regular milk. It doesn’t look or seem different from regular milk. Rich and smooth flavor
I’ve always loved eating cereal at night. However, I recently became lactose intolerant. This was very upsetting to me because I didn’t want to accept I wouldn’t be able to enjoy my bowls of cereal again. I tried several options such as almond milk and coconut milk. Initially, it wasn’t horrible, but after a few times I would be over it. My mom introduced me to Lactaid milk and was hesitant to try it. I am so happy I tried it because now I am able to continue enjoying cereal. I also enjoy drinking it by itself. Lactaid 2% milk tastes just like regular milk but it doesn’t hurt my stomach. This milk’s flavor is smooth and flavorful. This is actually one of the best options to have milk without the consequences that comes with being lactose intolerant and drinking milk my husband drinks, it all the time when all my kids drink it all the time.
