Don’t Change What Isn’t Broken
I have always used Covergirl Clean Invisible Concealer - medium. I thought I was going crazy because I couldn't find the medium shade anymore. I tried to match with a different shade and not only didn't it match but the formula is different and it's terrible. I can't understand why you would change your product AND the shade when the original was great. Shame on Covergirl Corp for making this change. Now I can't find anything that was as good as the original. Too many changes to keep the product name the same
A few months ago I noticed a change in the Covergirl Clean Invisible Concealer product. I have been using this product in the Medium shade for at least 10 years, it was a wonderful product. I was confused by all the colour choices with the Concealer product. I don't understand the decision to go from 5 shades to 12 shades, most companies reduce inventory instead of increasing it. I was able to find two unused Invisible Concealer products in Medium online but paid double what it was when I purchased it at a local drug store. After reading the reviews about how different and horrible the new Clean Invisible Concealer is, it appears as it I will not be buying it in the future. I will have to find another concealer. If you were going to make such a drastic change to the formula and shades, you should have renamed the new product instead of confusing the situation by keeping the name, reducing the product amount per cylinder, and changing the formula/ingredients. Not good
The issues with the new formula have all been brought up and I have to agree. If you feel the need to change the colors why wouldn't you make it very clear which old ones translate to the new? I used medium and am trying to figure out what to use. Also, now it is thick and cakes just like everyone else's that I hate. It was truly invisible and gave great coverage. Huge Mistake!
I have been using COVERGIRL Clean Invisible Lightweight Concealer, Medium color, for years and I can't believe you guys have decided to discontinue this color!! Like who was the brains behind this decision?? Whoever it is, they should be fired! If I could, I would give you zero stars. And reading the reviews, I see that I'm not the only one upset with the Company's decision of these changes. But at the end of the day, it is what it is. Goodbye, Covergirl! Very Disappointed
So disappointed that Cover Girl changed their products. Clearly you have many customers who are not happy about this switch. I have tried to match the current tones to medium and have had no luck. I have used Cover Girl since I was a teen and I am not in my mid 40s. Please stop changing the things we love
I have been buying the clean invisible concealer in "light pale" for decades and have been VERY happy. Now I see it has been discontinued for a new "better" item. I am struggling to find my shade. I have chosen one that is very yellow and one that is VERY pale. None of them are called light pale. Also, the new improved ones give you much less product at .23 where the ones before held .32. I guess the only one this new one is better for is company greed. I know that companies think we don't notice but we do.
