Bring back the old puff!
I've used CG loose powder for decades. I hate the new applicator and hate the cakiness (sp?) of the product. I have to bang and bang on the bottom of the container and then manage to get only a few dots of product on the puff. Do you even ask your users about the changes you make? The only positive here is that I am saving money because I use so little since I can't get it to come out.Reply from Erin20 hours agoHello! Horrible Coverage!
This new formula is terrible! The original formula was 1000x times better! I am so disappointed! Bring back Cover Girl Clean Professional! Now I'm stuck with a product that I won't use! No longer a customer
I've been using this loose powder for over 30 years with no complaints through all my life stages. This new formula is bad and I'm so disappointed. I keep seeing all these Cover Girl responses about "disappointment when old products discontinue", but no accountability for changing everything about the product or actual concern that you're losing customers. You should have named it something different altogether because other than being a loose powder, it's nothing like the original product. It cakes on and makes fine lines stand out more. The smell is awful, some mornings it made me gag because it's such a strong smell. The puff just adds to the cakiness of the product and not in a good baking way. And, the shape of the container makes it hard to get all of the product out. Go back to old shaped container
I bought the new covergirl clean invisible loose power and I hate the new container! Now that the container doesn't have the rounded bottom, the powder collects in the edges and I can't get it out.Reply from Erin4 weeks agoHello! Unhappy with new version!
I have used 115 translucent medium and loved it. I do not like the new version. It feels and looks different. Please bring back the old formula. Not good - miss the old applicator
I'm so disappointed that you discontinued your old formula. The powder was good and the applicator was the best. I tried the new one and didn't like anything about it. I threw it away. Please change it back! New Formula is Terrible
I used the old Professional powder 110 for years and years - it was the only loose face powder I would use as it was flawless on my skin. Now the new formula is terrible - it leaves a shiny pearlized finish on my skin that won't blend and accentuates fine lines and bumps. The new applicator will not hold the powder - it falls on me and my sink so I'm wasting product. Don't understand why you would change this powder when you had so many happy customers and now women are unhappy with this new formula...the old formula was the best on the market of any brand out there but not the new one - I won't buy this new formula again.
